+#### **Purpose:**

+To affirm the right of all citizens of the Free Nation of New Athens to cultivate, harvest, and sustain themselves through non-commercial farming and homesteading activities on their own property, free from government restriction or interference.

+1.1 The right to self-sufficiency, including growing food for personal and family use, is essential to personal liberty, health, and sustainability.
