**Constitutional Amendment II: Treason**
|
|
|
|
1. Treason shall be defined as the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government or monarchy.

2. Treason may be punishable by permanent exile from all territories of the nation and permanent revocation of citizenship. |
