In accordance with the Ministry of Culture's empowerment to declare national symbols of the Free Nation of New Athens, the following national holidays are henceforth officially declared:

World Albatross Day - June 19
The day honors these magnificent birds and highlights the ongoing conservation crisis they face.

Independence Day - September 30
The day the Declaration of Independence was signed.

Provinces Day October - 20
The day the Acworth and Roswell provinces were officially claimed as the first provinces of the nation.

Union Day - December 1
The day the Atlanta Regional Union was co-founded by New Athens and The Grand Duchy of Navārdia.

Founder's Day - December 26
The day New Athens was founded.

New Athens - Vishwamitra Friendship Day - January 10
As a token of friendship, this holiday is celebrated in New Athens in response to Royal Decree No. - 191/2021 of the State of Vishwamitra, which declares that this holiday will be celebrated in the State of Vishwamitra to commemorate the anniversary of the establishment of relations between New Athens & Vishwamitra.
